Hamari Pahchan
Hamari Pahchan has been at the forefront of social change in Delhi since 2015, working tirelessly to uplift marginalized communities by restoring their identity with dignity and fostering economic self-sufficiency. The NGO’s comprehensive approach tackles systemic issues head-on, spanning education, skill development, menstrual health, elderly welfare, animal welfare, environmental sustainability, and the fight against unemployment and hunger. Beyond its direct interventions, Hamari Pahchan offers student internships, cultivating a culture of community service and creating a ripple effect of lasting impact. The numbers speak volumes: over 22,500 children impacted, more than 4,000 women empowered, upwards of 20,000 menstrual hygiene kits distributed, and over 50,000 meals served to those in need.
